Troy-Bilt 1747184  Fuel Shut-off Valve

Troy-Bilt 1747184

Fuel Shut-off Valve
(Superseded to 951-0171)
Description... Hide
The purpose of the Fuel Valve, often called a Petcock, is to regulate the flow of fuel through the fuel system. Remember to shut-off the Fuel Valve when the equipment is not in use, like during long-term storage, as preventing fuel from entering the carburetor when not in use will preserve its life expectancy. When installing a new Fuel Value, ensure the valve is attached securely, often with spring loaded Fuel Clamps, to prevent future hazards from fuel leaks and to enable maximum performance.
